Biofeedback is presented as a way to uncover the hidden reasons people move away from wellbeing and to help shift from blame and helplessness toward accountability, hope, and transformation. It also suggests that health changes may be understood in terms of frequency or electrical balance, not just biochemistry, and that measuring and adjusting those frequencies could help support change.“We are electrical first before we are chemical being. Sessions are meant to be repeated regularly, especially at first, so a new energetic pattern can become more lasting over time. When a client moves forward in our program, it includes sending a personalized weekly frequency playlist based on voice analysis, with updated tones sent to directly through an app and refreshed every seven days to match the person’s changing state.
